I can’t decide which grows faster: the clover or the violets in my lawn!
The only thing more disappointing than a spring crop of weeds was discovering our Craftsman mower had broken — again.
Could its timing be any worse?
Lucky for us, we found a skilled small engine repair shop in the heart of Brentwood: the Brentwood Lawnmower Shop.
In today’s disposable world, buying a new lawn mower is more tempting than repairing the old one. The major hurdle is FINDING a competent repair shop. In our last house, we hunted high and low for someone to repair the cutting deck on our riding mower. We eventually drove it far into the country–an inconvenient trip there and back.
Brentwood Lawnmower Shop is just behind the roundabout at the Brentwood Town Center. There is a small but resurging slice of commerce between Franklin Road and I-65. In fact, the Brentwood Lawnmower Shop lies just around the corner from the Brentwood Post Office. Brooks Chapel Road curves behind the Post Office to become Frierson St., where the shop is located.
As you can see from the photo, Brentwood Lawnmower Shop is a large, warehouse-style building. You can buy parts for do-it-yourself small engine repair, or leave you precious riding mower for a spring tune-up.

I’m a wife, mom of 4, and resident of Brentwood, Tennessee. I love finding fun new things for my family to see and do in Brentwood and the Nashville area!
