Mark your calendars for two more fun things to do for the holidays in Brentwood!
The Brentwood Library hosts two free Christmas events:
- Photos with Santa Claus
- The City of Brentwood’s Christmas Tree Lighting!
The Brentwood Library is a beautiful Craftsman lodge building on Concord Road.
The Brentwood Library offers community classes, storytimes, a magazine reading room, and walking paths.
Photos with Santa Claus
On Saturday, December 1st, children can have their photos taken with Santa Claus in the gazebo. Pick up your free tickets at the Children’s Desk before Saturday. The doors open at 9 am.
The Brentwood Library promises balloons, face painting, and refreshments. Children can also enjoy a magic show at one of Scott Humston’s three performances: 9:30, 10:30, and 11:30.
City of Brentwood Christmas Tree Lighting
I’m definitely going to this one! On Monday, December 3rd at 5:30 p.m., the Ravenwood High School Chorus will serenade the crowd outside the Brentwood Library.
After the “oohs” and “aahs” when the tree is lit, you can go inside the library for refreshments and a bedtime reading of The Polar Express.
Visit the Brentwood Library’s website for more information and for other upcoming events.
I’m a wife, mom of 4, and resident of Brentwood, Tennessee. I love finding fun new things for my family to see and do in Brentwood and the Nashville area!
