As an update to my post on 9/25/05 about Copeland's of New Orleans donating to the Red Cross, I heard that there is a large number of restaurants joining the effort. The day to eat out is October 5, 2005.
In our small City of Brentwood, there are 6 restaurants participating. If you add Nashville and Franklin, there are 34 more. Visit www.restaurant.org to find a location near you.
